The heater controlvalve is located on the firewall just to left of your powerbrake booster.It will have two hoses going to it,one goes directly into firewall and the othoier hose will be attached to your heater control valve,then spliced to your firewall!

on my 98 heater hoses are at the firewall to the right as you go under the hood. voyager have a tendency to clog up heater cores
it's old and you need to change it.
