If your talking about the engine cooling fan relay and memory serves me right it is located on the radiator support, inside engine compartment, drivers side, down low. It's probably easier to reach from underneath with vehicle lifted.

Look down at the hood latch in the center of the car under the hood and its to the right, its a little black box mounted on the cross member with wires going to the starter. Also bring it in to the parts store for a replacement because they will tell you that there isn't one on it.

Depending on the year and if your brake light bulbs double as turn signals, there may be a problem in the turn signal switch if there is no short in the rest of the wiring.

Next to the battery under a cover with other relays and fuses. Should be a label under the cover to tell you what's what.
