Where is the low coolant level sensor location on my 1997 3.1 liter Monte Carlo LS?

It is either on the radiator passanger side half way down or in the recovery tank.If it is shot you half to replace it around 50.00 bucks Auto Zone.Mine was not working and I ended up pulling the wires of it but keep an eye on the fluid level.
