Just forward and outboard from the oil filter, screws in horizontally.
It should be on the drain plug.

The drain plug for a 2006 Chrysler Sebring is located either in the bottom of the oil pan or in the lower part of the side. Draining warm oil will make a faster and more efficient oil change.

Usually the drain plug gets damaged from overtightening the plug but the threads in the oil pan survive. Your local auto parts store will sell you a new drain plug for that vehicle. Install it and don't over tighten it!
