After yo get enough stars and beat Bowser for the first time There will be a light shining down in the center of the room where you first come into. go into the light and look straight up and it will transport you to where the switch is.

∙ 14y agoI have. First, you need 10 stars. Once you have that, go to ground level, get in the sunlight, and use the camera to look up at the sky. Go to the center of the level, and land. There will be a red switch. After you jump on it, go skydiving. You won't lose any lives, and it will take you right back to where you started. You have now unlocked the flying cap.
