Go to the underwater at Route 127, use dive. When your in go straight down and turn to the right, go down again and turn left. You will see a tunnel go in and dive up. You will be in seafloor cavern and u must try to get through your own good luck!

∙ 12y agoAfter defeating Red, fly over to Pallet Town. Go to Professor Oak's lab, and Professor Oak will give you one of the Kanto starters (Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle). Choose one and fly over to Saffron City.
Go inside the Silph Co. building. You'll see Steven Stone, the Pokemon Champion from Hoenn, there. Talk to him, and he'll have you pick from three colored stones-Green Stone, Red Stone, and Blue Stone. If you pick the Green Stone, he'll give you a Treecko. If you pick the Red Stone, he'll give you a Torchic. If you pick the Blue Stone, he'll give you a Mudkip.
Fly over to Pewter City. Go inside the Museum, and talk to Steven again. This time, he won't notice you and talk to himself about stars and stones, but you don't need to know what it means.
After that go to Saffron's Silph. Co building again. Steven will once again be there, this time wanting to trade Pokemon. Steven will give you a Beldum for a Forretress. You can't find Forretress in the wild, so level up Pineco up to level 31.
Then fly over to Mr. Pokemon's house in Johto. Talk to him, and he'll give you the Blue Orb (HeartGold) or the Red Orb (SoulSilver). The Blue Orb is used to summon Kyogre to the Embedded Tower and the Red Orb is used to summon Groudon to the Embedded Tower.
Go to Cianwood City. Go to the Cliff Edge Gate. Chuck, the Cianwood Gym Leader, will tell you some stuff about the Embedded Tower, and then he leaves. Rock Climb up to the Embedded Tower and go inside. Who's inside depends on the version you have, Kyogre in HeartGold and Groudon in SoulSilver.
