Where is the relay switch located in the Ford Mustang 2001?

Answer . Passenger side of engine compartment on lower front of wheel well.

I found it under the steering column.
the PCM relay is mounted above the PCM in the passenger kick panel , take a flash light and look good ...it should be mounted to the white plastic holder for the computer .
Good day. I can tell you that the module, under the seats are interchangable, so you can swap to see if the fault is at the module itself. I just went through this exercise a…nd isolated the fault to the control module. New they are worth $168.00 Cdn.
The 2001 ford Mustang uses a Constant Control Relay Module. Thismodule is a sealed unit and contains the AC relay.
I believe the fog lamp push button is in the center stack of your dash , below your. radio
