It is located on top of the transmission. The intake housing and the battery and tray will have to come off to access it. It has the speedometer cable running into it from the firewall. It has a 10mm bolt holding it in the housing with a clamp fit. Be careful prying it out, because it is usually corroded and frozen in place. IF you can pry it out be careful not to break the speedometer gear. They have been known to break off and fall down into the transmission. If this happens the transmission will have to come out and taken apart to retrieve it because it will jam the shifters. If you can afford to have someone else do it, go that route. Don't go through what I had to do.
