I also have a 2004 Chrysler Sebring. The cost of a tune-up varies widely on where the service is performed, as well as the required labor and parts. A well maintained Sebring is relatively cheap to service, most of my oil changes have cost me between $20 and $30 including tire rotations. A major service such as a tune-up can cost upward of a few hundred dollars if the alignment is off, battery life, tire wear, etc. Be sure to check Chrysler dealerships, they often have seasonal discounts on tune-ups.
Replacing a windshield on a modern car is not a DIY job, besides, a broken windshields are covered by your insurance with no deductible. Call a Automobile glass replacement service and have them replace it.
Chrysler Sebring is a great brand of car. Wiring diagrams are great use for mechanics. They could be found at local service dealers or auto parts stores.
The leak detection pump pressure switch is located next to the service vacuum supply. It will be connected to the LDP filter and below the EVAP canister.

Usually removing the radiator drain plug or lower radiator hose. Make sure to have a drain pan large enough to hold the coolant. The thermostat is usually on the upper radiator hose, but shouldn't need replacing unless it is defective. Better yet, get yourself a Chilton service manual for the Sebring, they aren't expensive and well worth it.
Service manuals might tell you it is under the passenger side headlight, however the one in my 1999 JXi convertible is actually on my fuel tank assembly. What you'll want to do is look for your EVAP canister (which is a rectangular box about 6inx6inx3in or so and has 3 fuel-safe rubber hoses attached to it). The LDP should be near that.
Doc's Auto Clinic gives cheap but reliable service for a Chrysler. Doc's Auto Clinic opened in 1997. The company is located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
