I've went to a Chevy Dealer to get a replacement tail light for my Malibu and they quoted me 100 and some dollars w/o the isntallation. I then went to Ebay and bought one for 15 dollars. Just depends where you buy it. Ebay will be your best bet.
E-bay
Salvage yard is your best choice.
I have a 1998 Malibu and it is a nice roomy car, but the gas mileage is terrible!! I only get 16 to 17 mpg. I wouldn't buy another one.
you can go to your local gm dealership.Answergo to a local junk yard or call them and see if they have one. Answeryou could try eBay.i purchased a sunvisor for a 98 jeep grand Cherokee for $31 brand new AnswerThere was a recall on certain visors for Chevy Malibu, i have a 2005 and they replaced the visors. Wal-Mart
Honestly more then its worth, Malibu's weren't ever built to be rebuilt, but if that's the route you want to go it will run about $550-900 for replacement. You can buy rebuild kits but you have to have a way to pull the engine. So my suggestion is go to a junkyard or do some research and find out exactly what needs repair.
Buy a kit at Wal-Mart or auto parts comes with instructions, fittings, and adaptors.
a nike visor is definitely the best. its enhances the clarity of things, and is easy to clean
