The people in the Qin Dynasty lived in Xi'an which was the capital then. That was also where Qin Shi Huangdi lived and where his tomb was found (along with three smaller tombs which were home to the 7,000 terracotta clay statues that were supposed to guide him safely to the afterlife) He wanted the world to remember him and for him to live forever..he did in a way because China was named after him (:

∙ 13y agoThe Qin Dynasty was during 221 BC to 206 BC in ancient China ( Xi'an ) and began during the warring states period and was ruled by Qin Shi Huangdi who was the first emperor of China and was once called Ying Zheng.
