Yes they do. Their brain waves show that they indeed do have dreams like humans. Sometimes when animals are asleep-like your family dog or family cat-people can see them "twitching" their legs or any other body part. This is probably due to them chasing in their dreams.
Mine certainly do. Sometimes cats chase things in their sleep.

I have a dog, a cat and ive seen the physical characteristics that when they dream!
My dog , when hes on his back, he tends to move his legs, and bark... i did a test on him once, i grabbed his leg slowly but steady, he responded as he was trying to release his leg, but gently, like when youre asleep...
My cats the same, except she rolls over when she moves her legs, sometimes she moves her head and makes her ears pointy, and sniffs at the same time. like shes trying to get her prey or somethin...
I personally think it would be impossible that they dont dream, we all have brains! But until they have evolved so much as to be able to talk, we wont know.
