They kiss in the last episode, episode 25. Although they've tried a few times before, there's where they kiss for the first time. Me personally, I think their kiss has become just as they both had hoped it would be, romantic and sweet in the moonlight.
It is also presumable, that they will kiss more often in the future, in which they promised to marry each other, which is actually quite logical.
In total, they've kissed about four times in episode 25 and even hold hands in public.
