All, although i would recommend a larger size, as smaller ones tend to get hurt more easily. It truly depends on how/when the two are introduced, and the breed of dog you have.

Personally I think the best rabbit for a child is a Dwarf, as they are small and easy to handle.

The last answer was not true the best breed is an Angora, but remember you have to more time in them then any other breed they need to be brushed ALOT to prevent wool block :)
