Both can take great photos and both can take bad photos. I would suggest buying the less expensive camera and spending the money you save on books, lessons, or workshops.
Learning to compose a shot will make a much bigger difference than the equipment.
If a person is looking to get a professional job as a photographer they should look to buy a better camera. While these are great cameras, there are definitely more professional ones on the market.
Going to a photography/art school would better your chances if you wanted to be a professional commercial photographer. If you knew someone in that business it might better your chances.
Both types are very useful. A traditional tripod may make a better gift for a professional photographer, while the Gorillapod is more suitable to a hobby photographer.
A photographer should wear clothes that match the occasion and make him look professional. Darker clothes are better so you blend more naturally into the background if you are going to be seen by the audience at an event (ie wedding, graduation, etc.)
I would guess looking with Porter. They tend to have good deals on flights, but they are better when it comes to flights to the United States and Canada.

A Panasonic camera appears to be very high quality. they seem to be pretty expensive though so if you are a professional photographer then it is probably right for you. If not a cheaper Canon camera might work better.

Yes, anyone can be photographer, but their success will be based on the quality of their pictures. Taking lots of pictures from different angles, using different lighting, etc. will help you learn and take better and better pictures.
