the USA was the one responsible for the missiles in Cuba.

the CIA taking active part in overthrowing Castro, dropping bugs bombs, fire bombs over large area of Cuban's sugar farms, placed nuclear warheads capable of strike Moscow in Italy and Turkey which by the way it was Moscow "front yard" perhaps!

after all of this some Americans still "surprise" when they see Castro open his country welcome the USSR's nukes!

without the American's provoking and bullying at first, I double the USSR would ever want, think of or find any good reason to place their missiles in Cuba.
