Food, which is hard with rough fibres in it should be avoided in typhoid. There is no evidence to support this belief, but then you may be held responsible for not taking proper care. Patients also like to hear from you list of things to be done and list of thing not to be done.

If you have typhoid, you will be given antibiotics and possibly hospitalized depending on the severity. The intake of food will be determined by your doctor and based on your condition.

You are not supposed to eat the raw fruits and vegetables. Anything hard food or seeds to be avoided.

because large intestines are affected by salmonella typhi bacteria which makes digestion harder,so liquid diet is preferred so that digestion happens easily.
