Yes, it happens all the time. The lender will naturally evaluate each of you separately for financial reliability. The two of you should also have a (written) agreement that …spells out your mutual obligations to make payments, and how to terminate the agreement if such an event occurs. Some thought should also be put into estate planning, such as "joint tenants with right of survivorship", or holding the property in a jointly owned trust. Otherwise you could end up being co-owner with your former partner's parents or a local charity. There is a "Spousal Equivalent Handbook" that may give you further ideas for issues related to non-married homeowners.
Is it illegal or tax fraud if a woman files single and head of household using her parents address while being married and living with her husband?
Answer Tax fraud is illegal and the action described would fit into that category. The IRS is very aggressive and very good at prosecuting pers…ons who are foolish enough to attempt to defraud the U.S. government. Penalties for knowingly and willfully filing a false tax return and/or accompanying documents can be $100,000 fine and 1 year imprisonment in a federal facility for each guilty count.
It depends on the individual. Some men/women prefer to just date and not get into serious relationships for reasons of their own, but the norm is relationships are better beca…use you are sharing your life with someone and the world can be one lonely place. However, one shouldn't go out hunting for a person to go with, but just let it happen naturally. Again it depends on the person and at what stage of life you are at, people nowadays want to focus on careers and want to get married later possibly at 30, when you are single you are naturally more passionate about life, you want to meet new people the world is yours, you have a spark and energy to always look good in terms of diet and appearance, you always get a new challenge with the many potential partners you will meet not necessarily having to be sexually active with them again depends on the individual. Especially women you will have a chance to be independent and make your own decisions. However the downside is that at the end of the day you do not have that significant other to talk to, cuddle with, and know that you have that person's back no matter what. Ok now lets talk about being in a relationship, you get the benefits of guaranteed sex anytime, you always want to know you are at the best point in your life in terms of a career or job because you want to impress your partner. You can have a lot of fun together as a couple planning parties, get togethers, double dating and it also makes you as an individual come across as serious to people as you are capable of being in a relationship. Now everything must be in moderation you can spend time together as a couple but you must balance your social life must have girl time/boy time and I must stress you have to trust each other for it to work. However the downside is that you may shut out the world, you may feel that you can not talk to the opposite sex as you are in a relationship so you may loose out on opportunities, you may give up big events or friends because your significant other can not come, you may get dependent on him/her and would not find fun in anything which does not involve them and the outside world could feel that they loose you because you could neglect them. Again this is from the point of view for people from 13-30, please at some point ppl we all have to get married and settle down but before you get married you have to experience life and live it to the fullest.
Is it better to apply for citizenship as a single person and them marry your illegal fiancee or should you marry him and then apply for citizenship as a married person?
yes, apply as a single person that way when you marry your fiance you are an American citizen and it will make it easier to get him a green card.
That depends on you, your wants, needs, goals and all round being. Single life works for some and can be a lonely road for most.

Is it illegal or tax fraud if a woman files single using her parents address while being married and not living with her husband?
The IRS would probably consider it both illegal and a tax fraud if you were to file like this. The only real thing you should be able to be prosecuted for would be '…Perjury', or 'telling a lie' in other words, because when you sign any tax forms they are done so under penalty of perjury. No other penalty should be able to be accessed against you. Unfortunately due to the fact that the IRS is and has been operating under 'color of law' and operate with a 'mob-like' rule, you will probably get outrageous fines, penalties, and interest pushed upon you, if they can dream up a way to do it and scare you into submission. A huge fraud has been perpetrated on the people by the IRS when it comes to filing taxes. Learn more at www.freedomtofascism.com and check out the information on google video and youtube.com about the IRS and Taxes. You'll be surprised at what you learn is the real truth, and it's not what everyone has been told by the IRS and been scared into believing.
Maybe. Certainly never worse. A married couple making the same as a single person will always pay less. And a couple has the choice of filing individually or toether, whi…ch ever is better for them, so it can't be worse.
When you are single you are on your own, and when you are married you have someone that you love to spend the rest of your life with you.
It was far preferable for women to be married in colonial America. If a woman was married, she had someone to protect her and provide for her. If she was not married, she …had to take care of herself, and that was very difficult for a woman to do in colonial times.
I can not think of any way in which they were better off.
No matter what a couple's ages are marriage takes getting use to and is always being worked on. Older people who are lucky enough to get the chance to remarry do so mainly bec…ause they are lonely and looking for a mate to spend the rest of their life with, and being 69 or a little younger or even a little older people tend to mellow with age and are far wiser; prefer a peaceful way of life or perhaps travel if they can financially afford it. It will take some getting use to because if an older person has been on their own for several years they are set in their ways and will have to adjust to having another mate around.
because you know you have them.
ANSWER: Wow this is what you called question that all of us can imagine. When it comes to single man to a married man I will choose married man, why? a married man is more e…xperience when it comes to having intimacy. They know how to treat a woman because of their own experience. They enjoy how to have intimacy with their partner. For younger man all the want or looking for is about having a good-times, without enjoying the sex with the partner. Let me give you a good example that happened to me the man I marry had an affair with a younger woman and knowing us, we do know which one we can choose towards man itself. He had 20 odd years to have experience with me position and all and i think he knows how to treat a woman and what they want from a man so this is what he did, all the right move outside and inside the bedroom.. I totally agree.
Its not always better but i can give you a few reasons why its not good to have a boyfriend far away... - He can be cheating on you - You wont get to see him - It wont e…ven seem like a relationship - You wont get to spend any time with him - You can't see any other men around you.
