Regular Coke isn't necessarily BETTER than diet, but Diet Coke is really no different than regular Coke. The only difference is that Diet Coke has an artificial sweetener which gives it that icky taste. (In my opinion. XP) Other than that, just compare the Nutritional Facts labels. =]

∙ 14y agoMost people think diet coke is obviously better, but the sweetener used in it-Aspartame- is actually much more dangerous than sugar or even high fructose corn syrup, which is used in coke classic. if you want to know more, research more on those specific subjects.
