The Olympic Games are as ancient a Greek tradition as the Athenian concept of democracy. So long as there's been human culture, sports have been an integral part of it. In their many forms and over their long history, sports have provided relief from the trudgery of daily life and a less bloody way to resolve conflicts than all-out war.
A new kind of competition has sprung up in recent years, inciting passion and fervor as sports have for centuries. However these competitions take place not on a court or a field, but inside the world of video games. So-called e-sports are growing rapidly and powerfully: the current Dota 2tournament offers a rich purse, a huge audience, and plenty of glory for the winners. And it's not the only one. E-sports have devoted fans and famous superstars, huge spectator numbers, and plenty of trash-talking.
Go play videogames. Go watch TV. Go get some exercise.
The answer is neither. If you really wanted to get exercise, you have to get off the couch. Maybe you may burn 1 calorie playing video games, but it still doesn't matter for you will still eat food and gain weight.
So, if you really want the extra burned calories (or you need it), go do something physical. Go run or walking... both of those are free and you barely need any experience. Just get off the couch.
Go play videogames. Go watch TV.
It's like comparing lung disease and cancer. Limit doing either.
reading gets you smart and educated and video games makes u stupid and not concentrated on your schoolwork
with sports you work out your muscles and video games don't do anything GOOD for you .

video games [:
Video Games are worse than Sports games. Sports Games you can watch and have a lot of fun, but video games is just no good graphics than sports games. Improv: i'd have to disagree, what about sports video games? such as wii fit? It depends because you can have fun playing video games, just as much as palying sports games, like guitar hero world tour, take part in a band set up. You don't just have to watch sports games, you can also take part in them too. So my overall answer is, they're the same Improve: I have to disagree with both opinions. Video games are better. You can't participate in sports unless you get on a team, play golf, or round up a bunch of people to play improv football, basketball, soccer, etc. If you aren't on a team then all you can do is watch other people play. Anyone can play video games anytime and anywhere, and it is definitely a lot more fun to play game yourself than it is to watch someone else play a game. That's just an opinion question. I like video games better because all sport's games except for soccer, I fall asleep or lose my attention to it. Also, sports video games rock as well. It depends on what you like if you like sports you chose sport games. If you are a nerd you like almost any kind of game. If you want to escape the world for a little bit you play mmorpgs. it just depends.
