It depends on the concept of space and time.
Now there are many cases of which I'll explain 2.
case 1: Space and time are infinite and they have no beginning and end.
In this case aliens do exist. There is no question of them not existing. But they may be very far away. Too far away for us to ever know. It's math.
Case 2: Space and time have a beginning and are limited.
In this case they may or may not exist because the chances of conditions being suitable for living (like on earth) on other planets have decreased from infinite to limited.

∙ 14y agoOther than the "allegations" from the UFO trackers, we have no evidence to date that ANY kind of life exists other than on Earth. However, Earth lifeforms have traveled outside our solar system aboard our space probes (decontamination is only "nearly" perfect), and to the other solar planets due to meteor impacts in the past 100 million years (the same way Mars rocks were blasted into space and reached Earth). As far as whether life developed separately on some Earth-like planets (which should exist), it remains to be seen.
