This is an old joke. The answer is "Neither--All candles burn shorter." I'm locking this and moving it to the joke/riddle section. === the long thin pink one. ~Not necessarily, it depends on what type of wax is used, the thickness of the wick, and the amount of wind the candle is exposed to. The green square candle will out burn the other two. The long pink candle will burn the fastest. The green square candle. If you think about it, it all depends on the height of the green square candle, exactly how thin the long thin pink candle is, the length of the long thin pink candle, how fat the short fat red candle is, how square the green square candle is, and the time of the year. It also depends on the stuff that the person who put a ~ before their answer said.

The candles should not be perceived in the real world as burning any differently assuming all things are equal such as wick length, wax composition, size etc. However, under ideal conditions where everything is equal, the candle flame gives off infra red light (heat) which is absorbed by the wax which then melts and is fed to the wick as fuel through capillary action. The wick only burns where it leaves the flame. A white or silver candle would reflect a lot of this heat sending the radiation away but a dark candle would absorb more of the heat and melt faster. As both are considered "light", we could assume equal reflectivity so the fastest melting candle would be the one with the optical wavelength of absorption which more closely matches the wavelength of the greatest candle flames emissions. As the flame colour is still dependent on wax content and the fuel being burnt (ie bees wax, ear wax etc). for typical "candle wax" the pink candle may burn a fraction faster (up to around 0.01 to 0.001%).
