Now that depends on your definition of the word "cult". The problem with the word "cult" is that when most people hear it, they automatically have their minds go to something evil, referring to Satan (the Devil) or Demonic meanings. In truth the word itself is nothing bad and many Religions would be considered a "cult".
The term "cult" first appeared in English in 1617, derived from the French culte, meaning "worship" or "a particular form of worship" which in turn orginated from the Latin world cultus meaning "care, cultivation, worship." originally "tended, cultivated," as in the past participle of colere "to till the soil." In french, for example, sections of newspapers giving schedule of worship at Catholic churches are headed Culte Catholique; the section giving the schedule of Protestant churches is headed culte reforme'.
The meaning "devotion to a person or thing" is from 1829. Starting about 1920, "cult" acquired an additional six more connotatively positive and negative definitions.
Among the observances in the cult are rituals, ceremonies, liturgy, or audits, which may involve spoken or sung words, and often involve personal sacrifice.
So by the "true" meaning of the word "cult", yes Pentecostal, whether the oneness or not, can be considered a cult. However due to the negativity generally associated with the word, most all Religions would prefer not to be associated with or involved with even the mention of the term "Cult".

In Biblical Hebrew the word, 'echad {pronounced-ekh-awd'} means one as in united and its variation yachad {yakh-awd'}. In the Greek, hies {hice} means one and henotes {hen-ot'-ace} means oneness or unity. Mia {mee'-ah} can be used for one, but normally means first. Oneness or like-mindedness comes from the Greek, sumpsuchos {soom'-psoo-khos}, also. In the Old Testament, there are the names Jachdo or Yachdow that means 'his unity' and Jahdiel or Yachdiyel that means, 'unity of God.'
