Well if this government official is a high ranking one you could simply write an article on the flaws you want to convict him of,but make sure your convictions goes with what your country's constitution has depicted. After that get the support from your district head or simply ask a congressman for support or any members of the congress and if they got your support that official would go through an impeachment trial. If convictes he will be removed from office and can no longer hold any goverment position as long as he lives. If this official is those low ranking ones you can report it to the police but make sure you have a strong evidence against the official, some police officers are corrupt so slap them with evidences. The fastest and easiest way? Call the media and pass them your thoughts and evidences, they can shred anyone's personality and reputation in just minutes. You can also try to post this official's mistakes online and get support from the world wide web and with enough support this official can be kicked out. It's the people who runs the government, and it's the government who service the people.
