I've never researched replacing the hinges but I assume you want to change them because they are seized from rust. What a ridiculous design. Mine seized and I drilled holes, tapped, and inserted grease nipples. Now they are awesome.
A Chevrolet Dealer. But, you may only need to replace the pins and bushings which is much cheaper and easier and those parts can be purchased from your local auto parts store.
There are replacement hinges for that vehicle but it is quite a job. The original hinges are welded in to the door and pillar. The upper pillar side hinge requires removing the dash assembly. The replacement hinges I bought from the dealer came with instructions as to where to drill.

No door hinges and cabinet hinges are two different things. Door hinges are generally much larger than cabinet hinges. Cabinet hinges and door hinges are not at all the same. They are different sizes and can withstand different amounts of weight.

A familiar example of what hinges do, are the hinges that are attached to a door.
It is on the left front kick panel just in front of door hinges.
Open the door and hold it up with a jack under it. Have one or two helpers hold the door on the jack while you unbolt and replace the hinges one at a time. The helpers can shift the door for you as needed.
