ANY ONE ... So long as you abide by the rules when you arrive there , for eg ... You cannot carry drugs or alcohol , even nicotine into the quadrant where the Golden Temple is . You cannot be drunk or intoxicated in anyway , when you go there . You cannot enter unless you clean your feet {a water trough is available in all the main entrances} you cannot wear shoes or sandals upon entering the Golden Temple . You cannot enter eating meat or carrying meat , but leather goods are acceptable . You cannot take photos INSIDE the Golden Temple but you can take photos outside the Golden Temple
