Equipment is known as microscope. There are two types.Electron and light microscope.
Modern microscope that use lenses to bend light or images. The magnification occurs by precise lens grinding that bends light across the surface of the lens.
A Light Microscope is capable of seeing a single cell. Electron Microscopes are designed to look at things far smaller than cells.
"What process adaptations are required if the prototype will evolve into a deliverable system or product?"

Ernst Ruska and electrical engineer Max Knoll constructed the prototype electron microscope in 1931
In incremental model the real product is designed, implemented, integrated and tested as a series of incremental builds. while In prototype model the prototype (not the real product) is designed, implemented, integrated and tested as a series of incremental builds
Charles Oatley in 1952 discovered the electron scanning microscope, but Max Knott created the first prototype of the SEM in 1935.
It was the Pennsylvania State Police.

sorry but i dont know hmm.... ^,^
Charles Spencer was the inventor and designer of this particular microscope. This microscope has advance capabilities that many other microscopes do not come with.
Well one thing was that he designed or made microscope and two was that he was the first person to see bacteria WITH THE MICROSCOPE.
Charles BABBAGE invented a prototype of the modern computer.
It was the Pennsylvania State Police.
