Gil Carter of the Carlsbad Potashers of the Class D Sophomore League, a 730 foot blast in 1959. Carlsbad has an elevation of 3,295 feet. So that elevation could have added about 7% to the home run distance as compared to a homer hit closer to sea level.

Anthony Rallo hit a home run 330 ft. at West Nyack when he was 10.

I personally witnessed 12 year old Matt Floyd of Northeast LL (Santa Ana, CA) hit a home run estimated at 370 feet in 1976. The ball went over a two-story home (2114 N Linwood Ave. Santa Ana, CA 92705) and hit a motorhome parked on the on the street in front of the house.
