Is there a biography for Nephetaari?
Nephetaari's father is from Spoonershill, St. Michael Barbados and her great grandmother was a resident of Marlboro, South Carolina during the late 1800's. Unfortunately, her great grandmother died before she was born. Her mother died 6 weeks before her 8th birthday. For the next cycle of life she resided with her maternal grandmother who taught her many valuable lessons in life. She grew up in the South Bronx and was enrolled in honors classes from junior high school until 10th grade. Her internship @ Coler Memorial Hospital on Roosevelt Island discouraged her dream of becoming a nurse. During her last year of high school she learned that she was pregnant by the drug dealer who laced her with jewels and always snatched them off whenever they argued. 6 weeks prior to graduation Neph was forced to leave high school. She raves about there being no greater joy than being blessed with a healthy baby boy who is now 21 yrs old. Here's what Neph wrote to her son on his 21st birthday: For me, There has been no greater joy than the blessing of my healthy baby boy. I forfeited what most teenagers use as their time to have fun~ to be a responsible mother to my then new born son. Nurturing him every second of the day and watching the joy on his cute lil face was very gratifying. To say all stages were a breeze, I'd be lying.
