The person in the car is to blame because the person riding the bicycle would have no way of telling when the car door would be open. the person in the car could have easily looked in the side mirrors and could have seen if someone riding a bicycle was passing by.
Added; The traffic offense charge would be "Opening Door to Traffic."
The person's who parked it there, (its parked illegally.)Not your fault.
As long as the parked vehicle is parked properly and not illegally parked in any manner, then the vehicle that rear-ended the parked car is at fault. Now if the parked car is sitting illegally (such as double parked or parked in a no parking zone, etc.) then the parked car is at fault or even both the parked car AND the car that hits it are BOTH at fault.
hits your car or hits you?If you walked out into on-coming traffic then that's your fault. No one can read minds and anticiapte that you will be walking out in front of them.If someone hit your parked car, that's their faultAnswerIt is the guy who hit yous fault!
It is almost impossible to assign fault to a parked car, even if it is illegally parked.
depends on whether or not the car is parked well. if the car is parked properly, in the right spot then it should be the car that hit it that is at fault.
It is your fault.
Whomever backed into it is at fault.
The driver that hit the parked vehicle would be at fault.
The person who hit a parked vehicle is at fault.
The car that rolled into the parked car is at fault.
The fact that the car is parked illegally or not has no bearing on who is at fault. The car that slid down the slope is at fault.
My fault
