Her name is Khione or Chione she is the nymph or minor greek goddess of snow. She is daughter of Boreas and Oreithyia. She also had a son named Eumolpus with Poseidon.

The Greeks did not have a "god of ice". Most of Greece stays above freezing year round, so ice would have been unknown to most Greeks.
