HM Queen Elizabeth II is still on the throne. She succeeded her father, George VI, in 1952 and still reigns at the age of 83.
If however, you meant Elizabeth I. She died in 1603 and was succeeded by a cousin, James VI of Scotland, who became James I of England.
When Queen Elizabeth II dies, she will be succeeded by her son Charles, Prince of Wales as king. His wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall will not assume the title of queen though, but be instead styled the Princess Consort.
So essentially, after QEII, there will be no queen.
