Thomas Jefferson, and Martin Luther King Jr. said that, "All men are created equal."
:)
Thomas Jefferson used this phrase in the Declaration of Independence.

Lord North said that he can "never acquiesce the absurd opinion that all men are created equal". He was talking about the pretensions of the London rabble in petitioning Parliament. -Ms. Olszyk
When Thomas Jefferson said that all men are created equal, he probably meant, all white, land-owning men are created equal. He clearly did not support the equality of people of African descent (even though, ironically, this quote from the Declaration of Independence was later used very effectively to support the concept of racial equality).
The President that first said all men are created equal was Thomas Jefferson. He was the third president of the United States.
John Locke did not say All men are created equal. Thomas Jefferson said this during the drafting of the Declaration of Independence.
declaration of independence
I think he said that people were created equal by God.

"all men are created equal"
That we should all have the same rights no matter what.
It said in the Declaration of Independence that all men would be created equal, but that wasnt the case, women and slaves were not created equal as the men.
That quote is from Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address, where he stated "that all men are created equal."
Yes and no, while he was a slave owner, he did right that "...all men are created equal..." and he was said to have had had relations with female slaves, so it is unclear.
