Nobody started cyberbullying. I mean, did one person invent regular bullying? No. As long as there have been humans, there have been humans bullying each other. Once the internet became popular, in the early-to-mid 1990s, bullies discovered they could do ten times as much damage on the internet, and with far less consequences than they faced for their bullying in real life.
