In "Shore Leave," whose source story was written by Theodore Sturgeon, Kirk recalls, to McCoy, that he had the feeling of being picked on at the Star Fleet Academy from an "up…per-classman" there who played one practical joke after another, and all always on Kirk himself. "My own personal devil," Kirk calls him, "a guy by the name of Finnegan." Bruce Mars acted out the role of the LIKENESS of Finnegan, whose personal name was never revealed in the installment. What happened to the real Finnegan was never explained either.
Bones . In Star Trek, Kirk's nickname for Doctor Leonard McCoy was "Bones".
Captain Kirk's full name is Captain James Tiberius Kirk.
Hikaru Sulu (George Takei) .
George. George. NO, no, no! The first name of Captain Kirk's older brother was Samuel, or Sam as the Captain called him. Sam was later killed.. His name was George Samuel K…irk. Since George was also their father's name he went by Samuel or Sam.

James Tiberius Kirk I believe was born on March 22, 2225. If you go down to Reception on the site below, the picture has a date on it :MArch 22, 2225. Of course, that may have… been a death date. It's kinda difficult to figure this out, for he is a fictional character. Hoped this helped. -Kyra. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_T._Kirk#cite_note-73
Uniforms were colored by departmental divisions, namely command, operations, and sciences. Circa 2265, the colors used were lime-green (appeared yellow or gold on camera) for …command personnel, red for operations personnel, and blue for science and medical personnel. As Captain Kirk was obviously in the command division, he would have worn a yellow (or green) uniform.
Lt . Nyota Uhura is one of Cpt. James T. Kirks lieutenants in the Star Trek fictional universe.
There are multiple possible answers to this. Assuming you mean "lieutenant" in the "second-in-command" sense as opposed to the actual rank (US grade O-3, for naval ranks), it… would have been Commander (O-5) Spock. The next person in the chain of command would have been Lieutenant Commander (O-4) Montgomery Scott. (Dr. Leonard "Bones" McCoy was also nominally a Lieutenant Commander, but this seems to have been a courtesy professional rank and he doesn't appear to have actually been in the formal command structure.) Next in line was probably Lieutenant Hikaru Sulu, the only actual "lieutenant" to be mentioned by name in the original series (as far as I can recall). Pavel Chekov was an Ensign (O-1) in the series, but had been promoted to Lieutenant by the time of the movies.
