There isn't a widely recognized figure known specifically as Saint Grace in Christian tradition. It's possible that there could be local or obscure references to a saint named Grace, but none with significant historical prominence.

Daughter of Almanzor, Caliph of Lerida, sister of St Bernard and St, Maria. Tried to convert Almanzor to the Christian faith, failed and was martyred about 1180. Her Memorial Day is 1st. June
Grace is a religious adjective as well as a woman"s name. strictly speaking there is no Saint Grace. there is Our Lady Of Grace- a title given to Saint Mary. Grace, like Faith, is as stated, a religious attribute or adjective, no problems. likewise there is no real ( though some would dispute this) Saint Sophia, the adjective Saint here means holy, as in Holy Wisdom. likewise Santa Fe is Holy Faith- note the cruciform trade mark of the Rail line! so it goes.
