It was Thomas "Hollywood" Henderson of the Dallas Cowboys, as far as my memory serves me. As I watched it on CBS (called by Pat Summerall and Tom Brookshier), I remember thinking it was the first time I had ever seen it. Here's how and when it happened: In Dallas' NFC Championship game victory on Jan 7, 1979 over my beloved LA Rams, Henderson closed out a 28-0 win with 1:19 left in the game by intercepting a Vince Ferragamo pass and returning it 68-yards for the final touchdown. Henderson then proceeded to celebrate by slam-dunking the football over the goal post deep in the end zone at the LA Colisem. Dallas went on to lose 35-31 to the juggernaut called the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XIII at the Orange Bowl in Miami. That loss is remembered by Cowboy fans mostly for a dropped pass in the end zone by tight end Jackie Smith late in the game which would have changed the outcome of the game. As for the Rams, they would finally reach the Super Bowl the following year at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, only to lose to the Steelers as well, 31-19.

They have a lot more free time, which they don't know what to do with so they just sit around and get fat. They think about their last game constantly and all of the little mi…stakes that they made eat at them for awhile. It takes awhile for them to be able to watch it on TV again. But time heals this wound as you start to forget your memories but you never forget your teammates; and the older you get, the better you used to be. However, recent studies have shown that most football players tend to cry after football. It is an issue that Congress has shown interest in investigating because they are bored with the real and more important issues that our country currently faces.
Football players play football because they enjoy playing, love football, they were influenced by a friend or family member who plays football, to make money, stay active, and… for various other reasons.

Using your legs in football is important becasue it has alot to do with hitting and the right way to hit. Getting low and springing upward into a person is a proper hit. Havin…g strong legs is important to this so you can hit harder.
they play football either in a training ground or in their stadium or another stadium- or in their garden! I hoped this helped! :) KiKi
Because they will no longer be runnin around, they need another way of keeping warm. Try for yourself playing football or any other very strenuous activity on a cold day…, and suddenly stop and just sit on a seat. They also have to cover up their playing shirt so everyone knows they are no longer playing (someone might pass the ball to them!).
