The Karabakhtis and the Azerbaijanis have signed a ceasefire, but there is no peace treaty. In solidarity with the Azerbaijanis, Turkey has closed its border with Armenia, who it argues (correctly) supplied and continue to supply the Karabakhtis with weapons and strategic assistance.
