Josef Jakobs (b. 30th June 1898, d. 15th August 1941) was a German spy who became the last person to be executed at the Tower of London. He was captured shortly after parachuting into the United Kingdom during the Second World War. Convicted of espionage under the Treachery Act 1940, he was shot by a military firing squad.

History would have to be rewritten. But first of all this never happened. Mary, Queen of Scots was executed, but in Fotheringhay castle in Scotland. The only Queens who were executed in London Tower ( to my knowledge) were Anne Boleyn (Mother of Elizabeth I) and Catherine Howard, both wives of Henry Viii.
Queen Anne boleyn was executed by beheading with sword for treason on the Tower of London on the 19th of may 1536, she was the first of Henry's wives and the frst coronated queen in England to ever be executed. On the 13th of february 1542, her cousin Queen Catherine Howard was also executed for treason and adultery on the tower, she was the second queen and last queen of Henry's to be executed in public.
