∙ 13y agoOriginally the farm was called Manor Farm and was run by Mr. and Mrs. Jones. When the animals first took over, technically there was no owner. But when Napoleon got rid of Snowball, Napoleon became the owner of the farm.
The farm was renamed "Animal Farm" by Snowball but at the end of the book, Napoleon refers to the far as Manor Farm again. The other animals are shocked by this as they are spying on Napoleon.

∙ 12y agoThe pigs keep telling the other animals that it is time for man to be gone and stuff like that and then when the animals don't get fed one night because Mr. Jones had a drunk fit, that is when the animals ransacked the food supply and when they heard the men coming attacked and scared them away.
