Bill Clinton and Barack Obama had no military service. George W. Bush saw his

only service in Texas Air National Guard.

FDR , who died in 1945, did not serve in Uniform but he was the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for 7 years.

The others all had military service, most of them in World War II.
