My guess is that there might be new sannin consisting of the of Naruto's old friends Rock Lee or even Neji, possibly even sakura. In which case for that kind of question you would have to into who would be the next hokage? So with that being said there can actually be a chance for new sannin. Actually the next set of sannin are rock lee because of his eight inner gates, neji hyuga because of his byakugan and the final legendary sannin is to be honest is temari. that last one is temari is sand village not the leaf village Edit: I doubt there will be another set of Sannin, but perhaps ninja very much like them. It is already shown in both the manga and the anime that the Sannin were given the title from Hanzo, which all three of them fought at once. Each of Team 7 has studied under a one of the respected Sannin, Naruto to Jiraya, Sasuke to Orochimaru, and Sakura to Tsunade. Two of them have mastered their respected summoning even though Sasuke has traded his for a Hawk (Taka) summoning to fit the name of his new organization. I would be surprised if Sakura busted out with a Slug summoning, neither.
