A:Who will go to hell varies with religious belief, and a religious belief even changes over time and circumstances.

Most Jews do not believe in hell, so they believe no one will go to hell. In fact most of the world's population believes that hell does not exist and that no one could go to hell.

Some Christians believe that those who do not believe on Jesus are the ones who will go to hell.

Other Christians believe that it is also necessary to receive forgiveness of sins, so those who die in a state of sin, especially the more serious sins, will go to hell, as will those who do not believe in Jesus. This, for example, has been the position of the Catholic Church. However, Cardinal Pell, one of the most senior figures in the Catholic Church, recently expressed the view that even atheists will go to heaven if they have led good lives. Since atheists neither believe in Jesus nor seek forgiveness of their sins, this is a major change of direction if formally adopted by the Catholic Church.

The bottom line is that there are many views as to who will go to hell, if indeed anyone will.

Another Answer:

Leaving religions aside, according to the Bible all will die and go to 'hell.' The most common term translated into the English as hell is the Hebrew 'Sheol' and the Greek 'Hades' which both simply mean the grave or pit. Jesus went to hell for 3 days and 3 nights as He was fully a man:

Hebrews 9:27New King James Version (NKJV)

27 And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment,

Christian view

no... If u are truly saved by Jesus Christ(wich is the ONLY way to be saved) you will go to heaven. if u have not been saved then you will burn in the lake of fire in hell

*You must first believe in Jesus Christ and then start the amazing life of love and forgiveness that comes after that. The Bible or other Christians (followers of Jesus) can help you, and even better is prayer, which is talking to God. It is really a great thing and you should do it so that you will go there!

Muslim viewYou go to Heaven per God, the Creator, Mercy if:
  • You worship God as the one and only one God with no partner, no son, no companion, no associate and no equivalence,
  • do ritual worships
  • follow God commands as for what to do and what not to do
  • You do good deeds for the benefit of yourself, family, neighbors, community, mankind, and environment
  • maintain good morals

A. Christian ViewRevelation 1414:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads. 14:2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: 14:3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. 14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

These verses speak of the firstfruits - the RAPTURED believers. for there to be first fruits, there must also be fruits to follow.

These verses are not literal, they are figurative, and do not speak even of a literal 144,000. Seven, Biblically, is the number of completion (God created the Earth in six days, and rested on the Seventh - when His work was complete). You can think of 144,000 as being like the seventy times seven number Jesus mentioned when Peter asked "How many times must I forgive my brother?" "Everytime" is the real answer Jesus gave, not literally 490 times, and on the 491st time, do not forgive.

Virginity is not literal either. Jesus always spoke in parables, God works in parables, His ways are not our ways. Remember that Christ is the Bridegroom, and we are the Bride - to keep your virginity for your Husband as a Christian then is to remain loyal and True to Jesus Christ, forsaking all others for Him. It has nothing whatsoever to do with sexual intercourse. Not defiled with "women" does not literally mean women either - to God, we are ALL female spiritually (hence we who Believe are ALL the Bride of Christ). Women here represent the harlotry of the fallen and false Church - the people who defiled with her are the same who will cry out to Jesus "Lord, Lord!" and He will say "Depart from me, for I never knew you."

People who will go to heaven accept that Jesus is God in Man - the creator of everything you've known and ever seen. "In the Beginning was the Word, and Word was with God, and the Word was God.... And the Word became Flesh, and dwelt among us...." It is necessary to come to Him and understand that you need Him and His forgiveness so that you can be right with Him. There is nothing He will not forgive you of. The price He paid is great enough.

Romans 10:13 "Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." It is that simple. Heaven s for those who call out to Him.

Hard to know.

== The repentant thief. Luke 23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.

Aside from the repentant thief, whom Jesus most certainly saved, (which is of course a pre-requisite for entering heaven) there have been many. The following are some of those recorded in the Bible itself.

* 3000 people on the day of Pentecost when Peter preached - Acts 2 v41.

* 5000 people at the temple after the crippled man was healed - Acts 4 v4.

* The 7 'deacons' (including Stephen) and many priests - Acts 6 v 5-7.

* The Ethiopian Eunuch - Acts 8 v 26-38.

* Paul - Acts 9 v 1-19.

* Gentiles in Antioch in Pisidia - Acts 13 v 13-48.

* Timothy - Acts 16 v 1.

* Lydia - Acts 16 v 11-15.

* the Philippian jailer and his family - Acts 16 v 25-34.

* Cornelius and his acquaintances- Acts 10 .

* Crispus, synagogue superintendent at Corinth and his household and many other Corinthians - Acts 18 v 8-10.

* Apollos - Acts 18 v 24-28.

* Some Thessalonian Jews - Acts 17 v 1-4.

* Many Berean Jews and Greek women and men - Acts 17 v 10-12.

* Some Athenians, Dionysius, Damaris and others - Acts 17 v 34.

* Abraham - Romans 4 v 19-22.

* Hebrews 11 saints, all from the Old Testament times.

* Luke the Physician - Luke 1 v1.

In addition to all of the above the Bible tells us in Romans 10 v 13

'For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.'

Thus there have been many thousands down through the centuries who have trusted in Jesus to save them and have themselves known the truth of His words recorded in the Gospel of John 6 v 37 '....him that comes to me I will in no wise cast out.' Aside from the testimony of the infallible word of God, all those who have believed in Jesus, have assurance through the Holy Spirit that the salvation they have received is a present reality. 'He shall glorify me: (i.e. Jesus) for He shall receive of mine and shall show it unto you.' John 16 v14. Answer All of the Old Testament saints, including Enoch and Elijah (who were "translated" into heaven because of their exemplary testimonies). However, those in the Old Testament did not directly go to heaven, as heaven was not "ready" yet, as they went to Abraham's bosom (believed to be in the heart of the earth, across the gap from the equivalent of hell). All of the apostles, which the exception of Judas (he was believed to be possessed by Satan himself or at least used) went to heaven. Yes, those saved in the Pentecost went to heaven as well, as those explicitly saved by the famous Apostles and preachers are included too. The whoseover clause does indeed included everyone else, who, according to some, which I tend to believe, would be even us Christians now, as Paul the foremost missionary, had to have reached at least some of our ancestors for Christ.

Definitely not all will go straight to heaven. The pure and perfect people will go to heaven without having to suffer in hell. But the ones who have sin left in their souls will have to go through hell after death. I tell you though, eventually all will go to heaven. Some people will have a small amount of sin left in their souls, and soon after going through their share of hell, they will be brought to heaven in right standing with God, flawless, the sin surged out of them in hell. But there will be some who are drowning in sin when they die, and it will take a long extremely hard time in hell before they are completely pure and repent, however long that takes. I do believe that some people will not go to heaven if their souls are still stubborn and do not want to change whatsoever. but god is there for all of us and if we take hold of him in our lives, there is hope.

Can you be God when you go to heaven?

No. There is only one true God, and that is the Father in heaven. Those who will go to heaven on Judgment Day will be with Him forever. However, not everyone will go to heaven. Although God wants all people to be saved, He is also fair and just. Therefore, wicked people cannot go to heaven. Only God’s true servants will go to heaven.
