Answer
God wrote it.
Answer
The Lord's Prayer appears in two slightly different forms in Mathhew's Gospel and Luke's Gospel. Scholars say that the two evangelists copied the prayer from the hypothetical 'Q' document.

AnswerThe Lord's Prayer are the words spoken by Jesus Christ. Matthew was a witness to these words and recorded them in his Gospel. Luke wrote Jesus' lesson to His disciples on prayer from the accounts of one of the disciples or Mary.

Mandate of Israel: Yeshua benYosef (Jesus), Maschiach of Israel, composed this form of prayer to be meant as a TEMPLATE / PATTERN of how to communicate with the Father in Heaven. He observed that his constituents, the Congregation of Israel, was following a faulty way of prayer form. They tended to create "ready made" forms that they would take out whenever they prayed. He gave this as an advice to His People, Israel. All gentiles who followed Him by way of Israel was supposed to obey the same instructions. Most of the gentiles (the church) chose to disregard him on this.
