Why do you have no sound on your PC?

First off, make sure your speakers are plugged into the right socket. Check that the speaker plug goes into the GREEN OUTPUT socket. After that, check to see if you have the latest drivers for your sound card or onboard sound. Finally, make sure that these drivers are in effect at all times. That, or your speakers are broken.

Once you acquire a USB audio device, connect it to your computer as normal and set it to the default audio device using the same directions provided above.
