Almost all people would rather buy healthy food, if it wasn't so expensive. Nobody wants to buy unhealthy food (fatty meat etc.) but the shopkeeper MUST sell it. That's why unhealthy foods are not so expensive - the lower prize should attract the buyer (and the high prize of healthy food should "tell" us not tu buy it / or tell rich people that its for them :-))
true
Generally speaking, foods with fewer fats and sugars are more healthy than those with much fat and/or sugar. Also, some foods have many chemical preservatives in them which are not good for the body. Watch the number of fats, oils, and sugars and chemicals you put into your body.
Foods that are low in sugars and oils are going to be the more healthy foods for you. Stores such as Whole foods and trader Joes carry all sorts of healthy foods for the body. Talking to a nutritionist or your primary care physician would help to get a better idea on which types of foods are more healthy for you. Everyone varies according to age, weight, and special diet issues.
Eat more healthy foods and workout.
yes they are more healthy because it has no chemicals sprayed on it
Advantage- You still have veggies when not in season, it's fast. Disadvantage- Not as healthy as fresh veggies, more expensive
Healthy foods are very easy to implement into your every day diet, the problem is that the stigma is that healthy food is 1) expensive and 2) not as great tasting. This is incorrect on both levels. Eating healthier is not only less expensive in the long run, but with the right foods, eating healthy can taste amazing. I, for one, love food. I enjoy the taste of good food. When I made the decision to eat healthier, I was saddened by the idea of losing out on my favorite foods. Then I learned a couple valuable lessons. First, there are so many delicious healthy foods. Some of which have become my new favorite foods to eat and I even created a recipe list of those foods for others. You can view them at www.3corex.com. Second, you do not have to give up your other favorite foods entirely. For my workout programs, I allow 1 to 2 cheat meals per week. This allows me and my clients to enjoy their favorite meals and still lose weight and get healthy. If you want to find out more, just visit my fitness website.

The pilates diet is not more expensive than a normal diet. In fact, there is no specific pilates diet. Generally you will want to eat foods that promote a healthy, well-balanced body and mind, which is what the excerise promotes.
