Well, you are sore after excercise because your muscles are still getting used to all the hard work. About two weeks ago, I did ten sit-ups. Just ten. And the next day, my abs and stomach muscles hurt so bad, I couldn't bend over or even laugh because I hadn't done sit-ups for a long time. Yesterday, I did fifteen sit-ups, and my abs didn't even hurt because I was used to the exercise.

Your Body Is Not Used To It. Once You Do It More Often Then The Soreness Should Fade Away.
