What would you like to do?
You can, you probably just have texting blocked. Go to your local apple/at&t store and get it fixed.

You can forward with iPhone 3.1. Open the text, select edit, check the texts from the thread you want to forward and select forward. You can only select two objects to forwar…d at a time.
yes you can if you pay for a card that gives you unlimited texting for free
No, you can't. Only if you jailbreak can you do this
Depends on the plan and the service but if you don't have unlimited texting then yes you must pay for both sent and received text messages I mean the person on the receiving e…nd? Do they get charged just for reading the message?
The most likely cause is due to the number in question being "ported" from one carrier to another (to keep your phone number). The original carrier may not fully transit…ion the line although most functions appear to work. This recently happened to me when we ported 5 lines from Verizon to AT&T. I have heard of this issue many times so hope this can help. In my case 4 of the 5 lines worked in all aspects, a single line worked for all phone calls, all outgoing text messages and all incoming text messages except from when the incoming text originated from a Verizon customer. Upon calling Verizon (about another issue) they confirmed that the line was not "suspended". Apparently when a number is ported the original carrier suspends the line until the end of the billing cycle. In this case, this single line was not suspended (although the rest were). Within an hour of placing the line in question in a "suspended" state text messages from a Verizon sender to the line (on AT&T) worked as expected. Verizon support did not believe this would cause any issues however it appears we obviously proved otherwise, that or it was some very very strange timing.
I think this way via FonePaw iOS Transfer would be more useful than the other way. Here is a useful step-by-step guide on How to Print iPhone SMS/Messages, check rel…ated links transfer-iphone-recovery. Hope it helps!
Actually You Can If You Cant You Need To Fix Your Phone.
You can't just download them without the iPhone's permission. You just have to forward them to something.
You will have to sign up and use an IM service (Instant Message Service).
Use this new invention called the telephone, it allows you to communicate with whomever you choose, by speaking to them.
There's either a software issue or you don't have the correct data plan. Try calling Apple Care Support.
You have to upgrade to text plus silver in order to send and receive picture messages.
No but u can get it usually in the airport itself or later on
Once the text message is sent from your phone and it is marked sent you will get charged for it. If itÍs not received by the receiver you will need to check the number you se…nt it to and ask the receiver to check there phone
You could but it would cost you alot of money to pay the cell phone bill
