Mary Shelly wrote Frankenstein for a few reasons , one of which is the fact that as a child her father would tell her spooky stories which may have given some insperation , also the fact that both of her parents were authers and her husbund was a poet this may of enspiered her in some way . The fact that she had a difficult life may have encouraged her to write novels as a way of escaping the truth . Thats what I think anyway :)
