Mother Teresa's dream had always been to help the poor and homeless. her family had tight religious veiws who prayed daily. at the age of 12 she recived a call from god asking her to help the poor. she did not answer this call until her second call when she was 17, nearly 18. at this point she took the call and did what god wanted her to do, which was help the poorest of the poor. she had to give up alot of things such as getting married, having children and seeing her family for the rest of her life.
